Onisi Fellow added "In the case of gender equality, CEOs of Japanese corporations express their willingness to support. Thus, the number of women quitting their jobs due to pregnancy or child birth is decreasing. However, this does not trigger interests in correlation between gender quality and corporate growth and community impacts." Xiaojun Kian, Professor of Tshinghua University that took researches of Chinese corporations said, "Global Chinese corporations have well organized systems but the level of difference in CSR activities is high."He added "In the case of Chinese companies with only domestic operation does not pay attention on gender equality. Efforts to share understanding with stakeholders for CSR are only focusing on information providing to government or shareholders." KIM, Jin-Kyoung, Research Associate at Hankyoreh Economic Research Institute (HERI) who took researches on Korean corporations said "There are two groups, one has CSR philosophy with systematic implementation and the other takes business strategy approaches" She added "Direction of the Korean government influence a lot for corporate selection on CSR issue identification." She continued "In the case of Korea corporations, gender issue is focused on solving the issue of low child birth.
