Local governments and public institutions other than civic groups are subject to general corporations registration.

Discount of the Hankyoreh stockholder and reader is only for general individuals. And we offer reader discount for an individual who applies for a new subscription for Hankyoreh publication for more than a year during the registration, so please contact the ASIA Future Forum Secretariat.

Please make payment in the name of the actual participant or group, registration will be confirmed by the secretariat when payment is received.

Refund Policy Guide

To cancel registration (participation), download and complete the cancellation form at the top-right of the screen and send it to the secretariat by fax or via email with copies of the applicant’s ID(business license for those who operate a business)and bankbook.

Your cancellation request must be received no later than Tue, Oct 2, 2021, 4:00 PM. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Please note that your refund will not be processed until after the closing of the forum, and any charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
