Local governments and public institutions other than civic groups are subject to general corporations registration.

Please make payment in the name of the actual participant or group, registration will be confirmed by the secretariat when payment is received.

Payment must be made by bank transfer ONLY(we DO NOT allow credit cards).On-site registration is not accepted.
