• If you can not confirm your on-line registration, please contact the Secretariat.
• If you wish to cancel the registration, please contact the Secretariat by November 8 2017. Handling charges (10%) and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• After November 8, no refunds will be accepted.
• All refunds will be made after the forum for administrative reasons.
